A bit of summer research in Turkey;;

On a recent holiday to Turkey I discovered some beautiful (very expensive) hand woven towels and bath mats. I was drawn to the bright colours and mixture of patterns, which would work brilliantly in adding some colour to a neutral coloured bathroom.

The shop I found them in also had a lot of natural skin care products, and everything together reminded me of Morocco and the way they do things, which is why I photographed them to add to my research. Included in the photo below are also some scarves, which are also handmade. They were so pretty I had to buy one!
